3 Day Home Program




A 6-week training program that was designed for when you have little to no equipment available, when at home or while traveling but still want to continue working towards your goals.  This 3 day, lower body focused training plan can easily be taken from home to the gym.  In this specific program, we have used advanced training techniques, such as the 1 1/4 rep method to help develop muscular strength and increase lean mass without using more weight.  No equipment doesn’t mean you can’t still get RESULTS!
